Sunny Duval

Biography

ACHIGAN is François "Sunny" Duval's new project. Already known as singer-songwriter and multi-talented musician who's been pretty busy playing guitar for Les Breastfeeders and other local artists, Sunny has been very present within Montreal's underground music scene for the past twelve years. He recorded in a room that was "bleu, gris, sale" in other words; blue, gray and dirty, a 15 piece album of his most recent compositions, on which he plays all instruments. Sunny developped his art throughout his hundreds of raw, and highly energetic performances, spending his time behind a mike, with guitar in hand. Hours were also spent behind his pen, so fond of the local language that he loves to twist and turn. His texts and music blend perfectly together, to create a unique rock 'n' roll sound
